Welcome to Hunza Mulberry Hotel! By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Reservations and Payment:

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. Reservations may be made by phone or online, and require a valid credit card to guarantee the booking. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card for the total amount of the stay in case of cancellation, no-show or modification of the booking.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

Hotel Policies:

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and any damages caused to hotel property.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas.
Guests are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date without penalty.
Cancellations or modifications of the booking made less than 24 hours before the arrival date, will be charged the full amount of the booking.
No refund will be given for early check-out.

Liability and Responsibility:

The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings or any damages caused by guests. The hotel is also not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on hotel property.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to Terms of Service:

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
